| Additional Information: Due to the addition of a new orthopaedic surgeon this facility is hiring for a CRNA. Base salary of $150,000/year PLUS call and call backs! Sign on bonus and moving allowance provided. Nice caseload variety -general, ortho, ENT, urology, ob/gyn. Spinals and epidurals required. Small group within a positive work environment.
